By registering an account, downloading, logging in, playing games or visiting our official website, you confirm that you have read, understood and fully agreed to all binding provisions of these Terms. 1. Service Access & Age Restrictions
1. Age Eligibility: Our Services are intended for users aged 13 and above. If the statutory age of digital consent in your jurisdiction is higher than 13, the local legal standard shall apply. Users under the applicable legal age may only use the Services with verifiable written consent from a parent or legal guardian, who shall bear full liability for all minor’s activities on the platform. Without guardian consent, system restrictions will be imposed on core features including social interaction, in-app purchases and multiplayer online gameplay.
2. Account Responsibility: If account registration is required, you warrant that all submitted registration information including name, email and contact details is true, complete and valid. You shall properly safeguard your account, password and device login credentials, and may not lend, sell or share your account with third parties. You must notify us immediately upon detecting unauthorized login or information leakage. Always log out after accessing the Services via public devices to avoid retention of your personal data.
3. Service Modification Rights: We reserve the right to modify, suspend or terminate part or all of the Services at any time, including feature adjustments, server shutdowns and version updates, without separate advance notice. We shall not be liable for losses arising from temporary login failures or inaccessible game saves caused by service adjustments or maintenance. We may temporarily or permanently block your account and revoke your access rights at our sole discretion if you violate any provisions herein.
2. Intellectual Property & Usage License
1. Ownership Statement: All game programs, original artworks, character images, story texts, trademarks, logos, page layouts, audio, video and store materials are the intellectual property of PlayFresh Games LLC or its authorized licensors, protected under U.S. copyright, trademark laws and international intellectual property conventions. Except for the limited license granted under these Terms, you shall not acquire any ownership rights including copyright, trademark, patent or trade secret rights.
2. Limited Usage License: We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license solely for personal, non-commercial use, limited to running and browsing the Services on your authorized personal devices. You are strictly prohibited from the following acts: reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling game programs or creating derivative works; mass reproducing, selling or sublicensing game clients, accounts or in-game items; deploying crawlers, bots, scripts or automated scraping tools to extract game data; tampering with or removing in-game trademark and copyright notices; utilizing game IP, character names to create promotional meta tags or hidden text for commercial gain; establishing private servers, cheat tools or mods that undermine fair gameplay.
3. Anti-Circumvention Prohibition: Our games integrate age verification, anti-cheat and encryption technical safeguards. You may not bypass such restrictions via plugins, modifiers or cracked software. Any tampering with protective measures will automatically terminate your license and result in immediate account suspension.
3. User Content Guidelines
All text, images, videos, voice messages posted, uploaded or transmitted by you in comment sections, community forums and online lobbies are defined as User Content. By publishing User Content, you represent and warrant that such content is truthful, free of confidential or private information, does not infringe third-party portrait rights, copyrights or reputational rights, contains no viruses, trojans, adware or malicious code, complies with all applicable laws, and excludes violent, pornographic, discriminatory or hate speech. You grant us a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide license to display, edit and distribute your compliant User Content solely for platform operation and game promotion. We reserve the right to delete non-compliant content and restrict your posting privileges without prior notice.
4. Prohibited Conduct
You shall not engage in any of the following activities while using the Services:
1. Violate applicable federal, state and local laws, or illegally transmit data across borders;
2. Exploit or harm minors by soliciting their private information or exposing them to inappropriate content;
3. Distribute spam, advertising flood messages or chain solicitations to harass other players;
4. Impersonate official support staff, platform representatives or other users to commit fraud;
5. Utilize cheats, bots, power-leveling services, unauthorized item trading or account hijacking to exploit game resources and disrupt fair play;
6. Launch traffic attacks, inject viruses or execute other acts that cripple servers or game platforms;
7. Mass scrape or reproduce platform content via automated tools without our written consent;
8. Leak or resell other users’ accounts and personal information, or engage in verbal abuse, cyberbullying and harassment toward other players.
5. Third-Party Links & Partner Products
The Services may contain hyperlinks redirecting to third-party websites, social platforms, payment gateways and advertising pages. Such third-party platforms are not under our control and are governed by their independent terms of use and privacy policies. You bear all risks of property loss and information leakage arising from accessing third-party sites. We provide no warranties or compensation for third-party content, service quality or security vulnerabilities.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Services are provided on an "AS IS" basis without any express or implied warranties. We do not warrant uninterrupted service operation, bug-free functionality, absolute data accuracy, or that game content and in-store items will meet your expectations. We also do not guarantee the safety or reliability of any third-party hyperlinks. All losses resulting from network instability, device malfunctions, system maintenance, account theft or third-party tools shall be borne solely by you. No oral or written advice provided by our staff or customer support shall constitute a legal warranty. If any jurisdiction prohibits certain warranty disclaimers, such clauses shall apply only to the maximum extent allowed by local law.
7. Assignment & Terms Revision
1. Assignment Rules: We may assign all rights and obligations under these Terms to any third-party entity involved in merger, acquisition or asset transfer without your consent. You may not privately assign your account or licensed usage rights under these Terms; any unauthorized transfer attempt shall be deemed null and void.
2. Terms Updates: We reserve the right to revise these Terms of Service at any time. Revised versions will be posted on the dedicated policy page of our official website, and material changes will be notified via in-game pop-up alerts. 8. Breach Remedies & Severability
1. Breach Disciplinary Actions: If we confirm you have committed cheating, intellectual property infringement, illegal content publication, malicious server attacks or other breaches, we may issue warnings, restrict feature access, temporarily freeze or permanently ban your account, and remove all your in-game items. No refunds shall be issued for any purchases or game saves lost due to violations. We reserve all rights to pursue civil and legal remedies for severe misconduct.
2. Severability: If any provision of these Terms is ruled invalid or unlawful by a court or regulatory authority, such provision shall be modified or deleted to the minimum extent necessary to comply with applicable regulations, while all remaining clauses shall remain in full legal force and effect.
